Question 1

What is Aptio?

Accepted Answer

Aptio is a learning platform for Discord communities and teams. You build courses and quizzes, assign them by Discord role, and track who has passed.

Question 2

Do members need a new account?

Accepted Answer

No. Members sign in with Discord, and their Discord roles decide which courses they're assigned.

Question 3

Can passing a course give someone a Discord role?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A course can give a chosen role when someone passes, for example to unlock a channel or show they're trained.

Question 4

Do I need Crew to use Aptio?

Accepted Answer

No. Aptio works on its own, with only your Discord server.

Question 5

What can I put in a course?

Accepted Answer

Lessons with text, YouTube videos, links and tips. Quizzes can have one-answer or select-all questions, with feedback explaining why each answer is right or wrong. You choose the difficulty and pass mark, and certificates can expire so training stays up to date.
